Americans Shut out in Everett

EVERETT, WA - The Americans traveled to Everett for the final time this season where they fell 6-0 to the Silvertips.

The Americans held the Silvertips scoreless until 15:29 when Cole Fonstad put the Silvertips on the board.

Everett brought a flurry of four goal in the second frame to take a dominate 5-0 lead.

Talyn Boyko started in net, but was relieved by Mason Dunsford at the beginning of the third period. Boyko stopped 35 of 40 shots faced.

Dunsford stopped the first 18 shots faced. Wyatt Wylie found a his way past Tri-City's rookie goaltender with five second remaining in the game to finalize Everett's 6-0 victory.

Five of Everett's goals were scored even strength with the Americans killing off six of seven penalties tonight.
