Ottawa 67's News Release

OTTAWA-GATINEAU - The Ottawa REDBLACKS of the Canadian Football League today announced that all tickets for this Sunday's Eastern Division Final against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at TD Place have been sold. Sunday's crowd will set a new attendance record for the two-year old facility with over 25,000 fans planning to attend the game.

"We announced just days ago that 500 standing-room tickets would be available for fans and they were snapped up," said Jeff Hunt, President of OSEG Sports, the REDBLACKS' parent company. "I can hardly wait to hear the sound of so many fans shouting their support for the REDBLACKS. Thank you, #RNation."

Fans that missed-out on the chance to attend the game will have the opportunity to wish the REDBLACKS well at an open practice this Friday at TD Place. It's a PD Day for thousands of elementary school students in Ottawa and the REDBLACKS will open the North stands at TD Place between 11:00 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. for kids, parents and other fans to attend. Fans are advised that CFL rules prohibit the video recordings of practice. TD Place is also opening the arena for a free public skate starting at 10:00 a.m. Participants are advised to bring helmets for kids aged 17 and under. Access to the TD Place arena and stadium will be from Gate 2.
