
All-Star Trainers and Equipment Managers Announced
December 30, 2011 - Central Hockey League (CHL) News Release
GLENDALE, AZ (December 30, 2011) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) today announced the training staffs for the 2012 CHL All-Star Game scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in Prescott Valley, Arizona at Tim's Toyota Center. The game's format will feature the host Arizona Sundogs taking on a team of CHL All-Stars.
Representing the home team Sundogs will be athletic trainer Vince Fedorowich and equipment manager Bryan Connor. Representing the CHL team will be athletic trainer Jason Wallace of the Allen Americans and equipment manager Romeo Vivit of the Rapid City Rush.
Fedorowich is in his first season with the Sundogs after working in Quad City for the Mallards last season. Prior to that, the Graceland University graduate served as an athletic training assistant with the Norfolk Admirals (AHL). He has also worked with the Iowa Stars (AHL) and the Greenville Drive (Boston Red Sox's single-A affiliate).
Connor is in his second season with the Sundogs joining the team after working as the assistant equipment manager for the San Antonio Rampage (AHL). Prior to that, the North Babylon, New York native worked in Arena Football with the New York Dragons as their Manager of Football Administration.
Wallace is in his second season with the Americans after spending two season with the Flint Generals (IHL) and two seasons with the Huntsville Havoc (SPHL). The Willis, Michigan native earned his undergraduate sports medicine degree in 2005 and his graduate degree in sports administration in 2010. Wallace served the United States in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1997-2001,
Vivit is in his third season with the Rush serving as the team's Head Equipment Manager. He previously tried out for the team as a player during their inaugural season training camp and then later worked with the team as an assistant equipment manager. The 2011 CHL Gunner Garret Equipment Manager of the Year worked the 2011 CHL All-Star Game in Rapid City.
