ALBANY, NY - The Albany River Rats announced today that goaltender Mike Morrison has been recalled from the Florida Everblades of the East Coast Hockey League.

This marks the second AHL call-up of the season for Morrison, 30, who has yet to make his River Rats debut. The Medford, MA, native shows a 9-10-3 record with a 2.89 GAA and an.899 save percentage through 22 games this season with Florida.

Morrison signed a one year, two-way AHL/ECHL contract with Albany on August 11, 2009.
