THE WEEK THAT WAS: Tuesday, Devils 3 at Charlotte 0 Dave Caruso made 37 saves and Adam Henrique netted a pair of goals as the Devils knocked off the Checkers, 3-0, at the Time Warner Cable Arena. Caruso provided defensive support with 10 saves in the first, 13 in the second and 14 in the third for his first-career AHL shutout. Offensively, Henrique scored two second-period goals and Brad Mills concluded the scoring late in the third. Matt Anderson joined Henrique with multiple points, adding two assists.

Friday, Devils 5 vs. Worcester 4 The Devils erased a three-goal deficit with less than 10 minutes to play, to defeat the Sharks, 5-4, in front of 5,521 fans at the Times Union Center. Steve Zalewski scored the game-winning goal with 4.9 seconds remaining after Adam Henrique tied it with 53 seconds left. The Devils began their comeback, trailing 4-1, at 10:56 of the third with a Brad Mills goal. Matt Anderson scored at 12:40 on the power-play, setting up the dramatic finish.

Saturday, Devils 3 at Binghamton 4 (Overtime) Mike Hoffman scored with one second on the clock to give the Senators a 4-3 overtime victory against the Devils at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. The Devils fought back after falling behind, 3-1, but a penalty with 1:52 remaining in OT helped give the Senators their sixth-straight win. Steve Zalewski registered a pair of goals and Alexander Vasyunov netted the team's third goal.

Sunday, Devils 4 vs. Adirondack 3 (Shootout) Round six of the Time Warner Cable Cup needed extra time, as the Devils defeated the Phantoms, 4-3, in a shootout at the Times Union Center. A season-high total of 5,944 fans were in attendance and witnessed Dave Caruso turn away 22 shots, not including all five in the shootout. Offensively, the Devils received scoring from Tim Sestito, Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond and Jeff Prough. Adam Henrique provided the lone goal in the shootout.

NOTABLES: -- The Devils welcomed more than 11,000 fans to the Times Union Center this weekend. Friday's attendance of 5,521 stood as the largest crowd of the season, until Sunday's attendance topped it at 5,944.

-- Five of the team's last six games have been decided by one goal and the Devils are 3-1-1-0 in those games. For the season, Albany is 14-6-1-3 in one goal games. -- The Devils have earned at least one point in five of their last six games (4-1-1-0). They've done so in dramatic fashion, winning Friday night's game against Worcester with 4.9 seconds remaining and then in a shootout Sunday against Adirondack. Not to mention, Binghamton slipping by Albany with one second remaining in overtime on Saturday.

-- Adam Henrique saw his four-game point streak halted at Binghamton on Saturday, however, he came right back with an assist against Adirondack on Sunday. In his last six games, Henrique has tallied seven points with four goals and three assists. He is second on the team with 34 points, including tying a team-high 17 goals.

-- Dave Caruso, who was recalled from Trenton on Jan. 11, has won three-straight games and four of his last five. He had 27 saves in a 4-3 overtime win at Charlotte on Feb. 12. After a 29-save performance against the Checkers on Feb. 13 in a 3-2 loss, Caruso rebounded by making 37 saves for his first-career AHL shutout in a 3-0 win at Charlotte on Tuesday. He then posted 26 saves in a 4-3 win against Worcester on Friday and 22 stops, not including five in the shootout, in a 4-3 win against Adirondack on Sunday.

NEXT UP: Friday, Devils at Springfield (7:30 p.m.) The Falcons are fifth in the Atlantic Division with a 27-25-1-3 record (58 pts.) and have gone 7-3-0-0 in their last 10 games. The team is currently on a three-game winning streak with a 4-3 shootout win against Bridgeport on Wednesday, a 5-4 overtime victory against Manchester on Friday and a 3-2 OT win against Worcester on Saturday. Tomas Kubalik leads the team with 37 points, including a team-high tying 17 goals and 20 assists.

Saturday, Devils at Hershey (7:00 p.m.) Hershey is third in the Eastern Conference and second in the East Division with a 35-18-1-3 mark (74 pts.). In their last 10 outings, the Bears are 5-4-0-1 and are coming off a 5-0 loss to Charlotte on Sunday. Hershey is led by Keith Aucoin's 56 points and 41 assists. He has potted 15 goals and registered a plus-14 rating. Behind him is Brian Willsie, who has 50 points with a team-best 23 goals and a plus-23 rating.

Sunday, Devils vs. Norfolk (4:00 p.m.) at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall Norfolk will be traveling from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to Atlantic City to take on Albany in the fourth and final installment of the Devils home games at Boardwalk Hall. The Admirals are fifth in the East Division with a 27-17-8-4 record (66 pts.), but are 3-4-1-2 in their last 10 games. They are currently on a three-game skid, coming off a 2-1 shootout loss to the Penguins on Saturday. Marc-Antoine Pouliot leads the team with 46 points, including 15 goals and a team-high 31 assists.
