B-Sens Recall Forward Yannick Tifu from Elmira

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have recalled forward Yannick Tifu from the Elmira Jackals of the ECHL.

This is Tifu's second recall to the B-Sens this season. The 26 year-old forward was recalled from Elmira for the first time this season on Feb. 3. He appeared in five games for the B-Sens, registering an assist.

The 5-11, 185-pound Tifu has appeared in 46 games with Elmira this season. He currently ranks second overall on the Jackals in scoring with 51 points (16 goals, 35 assists), has amassed 82 penalty minutes and is a plus-ten.

The native of Brossard, Que. has appeared in 76 career AHL games with Albany, Binghamton and Rochester recording 31 points (9 goals, 22 assists) and amassing 54 penalty minutes.

The B-Sens return to action tomorrow as they host the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins. Tickets are $17.75 for side seating, $16.75 for end seating.
