
Akron Aeros Roster Move

The Aeros made a roster move today, transferring LHP Kelvin de la Cruz to Class A Lake County and activating OF Nathan Panther from the disabled list.
De la Cruz appeared in one game for Akron, starting game two of a doubleheader in Reading Saturday and earning the win in Akron's 11-4 triumph while allowing four runs in five innings. He is 5-3 with a 1.60 ERA in 13 starts for Lake County.
Panther was placed on the disabled list June 19th (retroactive to June 16th) with a strained left calf and missed eight games. On the year, the veteran from Muscatine (IA) Community College is hitting .260 with two homers and 18 RBI in 44 games.
