
AHL Suspends Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's Marquis Mathieu for Two Games

SPRINGFIELD, MA - The American Hockey League announced today that Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins forward Marquis Mathieu has been suspended for two (2) regular season games as a result of his actions in last Sunday's game (Nov. 9) against the Providence Bruins.
Mathieu will be out of the lineup this weekend as the Penguins visit Portland on Saturday (7:05 p.m. start) and Bridgeport on Sunday (4:05 p.m.). He will be eligible to return on Nov. 21 versus Hershey (7:05 p.m.).
