
Aeros make roster move

The Aeros made a roster move today, transferring RHP Brian Grening to Class A Mahoning Valley and receiving OF Matt McBride from the Scrappers' roster.
Grening appeared in two games out of the Akron bullpen and worked a total of four shutout innings. He allowed just one hit and held opponents to a .077 batting average.
McBride began the season with Class A Kinston before being promoted to the Aeros May 12th. He is currently hitting .216 with no homers and 10 RBI in 21 games.
