HOUSTON, Texas â The Houston Aeros are proud to announce that www.aeros.com will be the exclusive home to all 80 regular-season broadcasts in the 2004-05 season. Veteran broadcaster Ken Double returns for his fifth season with the Aeros.
The Aeros' official website averages more than 2,000 unique visitors daily, and the online broadcast allows the Aeros to reach a larger number of listeners and fans with each broadcast.
Aeros president Tom Garrity stated that the team will continue to look for a radio partner, with a focus on being able to secure a broadcast home for all of the Aeros games.
Tickets are on sale now for the Aeros home opener, this Saturday at 7:35 p.m. against the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. Houston opens up the 2004-05 regular season Friday at 7 p.m. in San Antonio. Saturday, the first 4,000 fans will receive commemorative Opening Night Pucks.
