
Adopt A Pet At Grizzlies Game On March 19th

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH (Mar. 14, 2003) - The Utah Grizzlies, in conjunction with the Humane Society of Utah and Petsmart, will be hosting Humane Society Night with the Grizzlies on Wednesday, March 19th when the Grizzlies host the Hershey Bears at the E-Center. Face-off is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
During the event, fans will have the opportunity to adopt pets that will be showcased during the first intermission of the hockey game. Fans choosing to adopt will not only take home one of the 10 dogs that will be displayed but will also receive an autographed picture of their selected pet with a Grizzlies player, two tickets to a future Grizzlies game and over $80.00 worth of coupons good at any Petsmart location.
Petsmart representatives will be on hand to give demonstrations and instruction on grooming techniques and training services. Pet owners can also walk away with free plush toy bones and bandanas for their furry loved ones.
The Grizzlies have just 14 games remaining in the regular season before the Calder Cup playoffs begin. Utah hosts Cincinnati tonight at the E-Center beginning at 7:00 pm.
