Milwaukee Admirals News Release
Milwaukee, WI-Milwaukee Admirals President Jon Greenberg announced today that ticket packages for the 2009 Calder Cup Playoffs will go on sale on Tuesday, March 24th at 9:00 am. The dates, times, and opponents, as well as the on-sale date of individual playoff tickets, will be determined at a future date.
The Admirals playoff ticket packages include the same seat to each of the Admirals 16 potential post-season home games. Packages start at $244 per seat for tickets in the Stern and Bow (sections 203-211 and 217-225) and run $276 for seats in the Mid-Deck (sections 226-202 and 212-216). Playoff packages for seats in the Admirals Quarters (all front row seats) are all occupied by season ticket holders.
In the event that the Admirals do not play all 16 potential home games the remaining balance in the account will either be refunded or applied to the purchase of season tickets for the 2009-10 season.
The Admirals became the first team in the AHL to clinch a post-season berth when they secured a spot last Friday night. The Ads currently occupy first place in the West Division with 96 points and have a magic number of six to clinch their third division title in the last six years. Any combination of Milwaukee points earned and Houston points not earned that totals six will give the Admirals the division crown and secure home-ice advantage for the first two rounds.
Fans can order their playoff packages by in person at the Admirals office, located at 510 W. Kilbourn Ave, or by calling the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550.
