Milwaukee Admirals News Release

Milwaukee, WI-The Milwaukee Admirals return to the ice to battle the Texas Stars on Twosday, February 2 with a special 7:02 pm start time in the team's first ever "Tribute to Number 2 Night" at the Bradley Center.

All fans in attendance at the game will take home an Admirals number 2 pencil, and (with apologies to current Admirals defenseman Teemu Laakso) the state's most famous number 2, Green Bay Packers kicker Mason Crosby, will be at the game to sign autographs and greet fans on the 200-level concourse from 6:00 until 7:00 pm.

Plus, to honor the most "two-riffic" Admiral in history, the team will unveil a Jordin Tootoo t-shirt that will be available at the Admirals office and online at milwaukeeadmirals.com. Not that Tootoo's name doesn't count for enough, he also wore the number 22, his birthday is on 2/2, and in 2004-05 he scored 22 goals for Milwaukee.

In addition, the Admirals will have one hundred $2 bills to give away via wacky hijinks and promotions centered around the number 2.

In order to pay tribute to number 2, Admirals fans can order tickets by calling Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com. Groups of ten or more people receive a minimum of (wait for it...) $2 off of each 200-level ticket. For more information or to order group tickets call the Admirals office at (414) 227-0550.
