Admirals Conclude Regular Season Friday Night

Milwaukee, WI - The Western Division Champion Milwaukee Admirals will conclude the 2008-09 regular season with Fan Appreciation Night at 7:00 pm Friday against the Chicago Wolves at the Bradley Center.

Milwaukee icon Pat McCurdy will entertain fans with his fun brand of music in the east atrium before and after the game and also during the intermission and all fans in attendance will receive an Admirals team picture, courtesy of U.S. Cellular. In addition, the Admirals will also be giving away 525 fabulous prizes, including a Funjet Vacations getaway to the Riviera Maya, gift certificates from Miller Time Pub, Jockey, and Chili's, State Fair Tickets, Chipotle Burritos, and much more. Plus Reggy the Purple Party Dude will be in attendance, presented by Old Orchard Juice.

In addition, Milwaukee Admirals players Ryan Maki, Oren Eizenman, Nick Spaling, Kelsey Wilson, and Scott Ford and team president Jon Greenberg will all shave their heads to help raise money for the American Cancer Society. The deed will take place on the ice immediately following the game.

Fans will have the opportunity to both cut and shave the hair of the participants. For each donation of $20, fans can cut one chunk of hair off the participant of their choosing, however there is a limit of 25 cuts per player. When all of the cuts are done one lucky fan for each player will have the opportunity to then shave their head. There will be a silent auction at the DigiCopy Information Table located outside section 225 where fans can bid for a chance to shave their favorite player's head. The bidding will end with five minutes to go in the second intermission.

SportClips will provide all of the tools and equipment necessary to complete the head shaving and also to oversee the process.
