Bismarck, N.D. - The Dakota Wizards selected Osiris Eldridge, a 6-3 190-pound guard from Illinois State, with the 12th overall selection in the 2011 NBA Development League Draft. Eldridge averaged 9.4 points in 27 league games and 12.7 points in 15 Euro Challenge games last season for Pinar Karsiyaka of the Turkish Basketball League. He led the Missouri Valley Conference in scoring his senior year earning him First-Team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors and was selected to the Valley's All- Defensive Team as a junior.

The eight players selected by the Wizards will join training camp invitees Renaldo Major, Maurice Baker, Anthony Goods, Mike Anderson, Mickell Gladness, Curtis Withers and Marcus Dove in Bismarck this weekend for the start of training camp on Monday, November 7. Coaches will submit an opening day roster of 10 players on Monday, November 23 as the 2010-11 NBA D-League regular season tips off on Friday, November 25 against the Los Angeles D-Fenders.

Season tickets and 5-ticket flex packs for the 2011-12 season are on sale. Single game tickets will go on sale in early November. The home opener is set for Friday, Nov. 25 against the Los Angeles D-Fenders. For more information contact the Dakota Wizards at (701) 258-2255.
