The 2008 "Fun Is Good" Veeck Conference will take place Thursday and Friday, October 23-24, at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa in Fort Myers, Fla.
Some of the country's most sought-after sports marketing speakers will be joining the reigns of Mike Veeck for the in-demand 2008 edition of The "Fun Is Good" Veeck Conference.
The annual conference is catered to business professionals who are interested in improving employee retention and maximizing employee's potential through innovation and creativity in the work place. At the conference, Veeck - as only he can do - merges his successes in baseball to the business world.
The focus of this year's conference will be "harnessing creative power" and finding FUN in all aspects of our businesses. Keynote speakers and break-out forums will address a cross-section of sales, marketing, promotion and operational issues. From customer service to building per-cap sales, staging the best promotions to corporate sales, the 2008 Conference will offer fresh ideas, encourage creative problem solving and provide a venue to exchange ideas.
As in the past, the Conference will feature a trade expo that will be integrated into two full days of activities.
