$1 Beer Night, Fireworks, 3-2-1 Special Headline Homestand

(STATE COLLEGE, PA) - - The State College Spikes will continue their push toward as a second consecutive New York-Penn League playoff appearance as they return to Medlar Field at Lubrano Park for a brief two-game series Wednesday and Thursday nights against the Auburn Doubledays. Game times each night are 7:05 p.m.

Highlights of the homestand include $1 Beer Night and a bonus FIREWORKS show on Thursday, Half-Price Wednesday, and the College 3-2-1 Special.

The Spikes' magic number for a second consecutive New York-Penn League Pinckney Division title is five, and fans can join "The Hunt for It All" as the Doubledays head into town. "The Hunt for It All" is presented by the Central Pennsylvania Convention and Visitors Bureau, Lion Country Kia and HRI, Inc.

Thursday night, fans can quench their thirst and enjoy phenomenal wings throughout the night on $1 Beer Night, presented by 93.7 THE BUS. The new Thursday night tradition in Central PA features $1 12-oz. domestic draft beers from 6-8 p.m., and great wing specials throughout night.

Plus, fans will be wowed by a fantastic bonus post-game FIREWORKS show after Thursday night's game, presented by First National Bank and ESPN Radio 1450.

The two-game set begins on a Half-Price Wednesday, presented by BIG Froggy 101 . Fans can get into the ballpark with half-price Outfield Bleacher seats available for just $3, then enjoy half-price select 16-oz. domestic draft beers available for just $2.50 from 6-8 p.m., and half-price medium sodas available all game long.

In addition, college students across Central PA can enjoy even more value on Wednesday and Thursday with the College 3-2-1 Special. The College 3-2-1 Special offers any college student presenting a valid student ID at ticket and concessions windows the following special offers:

- $3 Outfield Bleacher seats or $3 off seat in any other ballpark section, excluding Pepsi Picnic Pavilion and suites

- $2 medium sodas all game

- $1 hot dogs all game
