Bucs Blank Storm 5-0 for Weekend Sweep

October 12, 2025 - Kearney, Neb. - The Des Moines Buccaneers (3-2-0-2) blanked the Tri-City Storm (2-5-1-0) 5-0 Sunday afternoon at the Viaero Center, securing four points on their two-game road trip this weekend. Bucs forward Joseph Argentina's goal early in the match turned out to be the game winner, as Des Moines goalie Max Weilandt (3-2-0-2) would go on to stop 25 of 25 shots by Tri-City for his first shutout of the season. Bucs Power Past Musketeers 5-3

October 11, 2025 - Sioux City, Iowa - The Des Moines Buccaneers (2-2-0-2) powered past the Sioux City Musketeers (3-2-1-0) in a 5-3 victory Saturday night at Tyson Events Center. After finding themselves in a tied game in the final frame, Bucs forward Blake Zielinski scored the game-winning goal at 10:25 to secure the win for Des Moines. Bucs goalie Max Weilandt (2-2-0-2) backstopped the victory with 15 stops on 18 shots, while Musketeers goalie Bjorn Bronas (2-2-1-0) ended the night with 17 saves.
