The Rainiers will play the first of 75 games at Cheney Stadium on Tuesday, March 31, against the El Paso Chihuahuas at 6:05 PM (PT). There's an offer for every game at Cheney Stadium. Rainiers Announce 2026 Coaching Staff

January 20, 2026 - TACOMA, WA - The Tacoma Rainiers, in conjunction with the Seattle Mariners, announced their coaching staff for the 2026 season on Tuesday. The Rainiers will be led by Manager John Russell, who enters his fourth season as Tacoma's skipper. He will be joined by returning Bench Coach Eric Farris, who returns to Tacoma for his fourth season and third as bench coach. Banana Ball World Tour to Make Three-Day Stop at Cheney Stadium in 2026

October 9, 2025 - TACOMA, WA - Banana Ball is officially headed to Cheney Stadium in 2026, as the Banana Ball World Tour makes a three-day stop in Tacoma from Friday, May 22, through Sunday, May 24, as announced on their Selection Show on Thursday night. The Party Animals will bring the "The Greatest Party in Sports" to Cheney Stadium for three games against Banana Ball's newest team, the Indianapolis Clowns. September 27, 2025 - TACOMA, WA - The Tacoma Rainiers put forth a historic 2025 season, led by several standout performers that were honored by the Pacific Coast League's yearly awards and All-Star teams. Jhonathan Díaz, Leo Rivas and former Rainier Tyler Locklear were all named Pacific Coast League All-Stars, while Harry Ford was named the league's Top MLB Prospect.
