Fort Wayne TinCaps News Release
Fort Wayne, IN - The Fort Wayne Wizards announced a change to their start time against the South Bend Silver Hawks on Friday.
After Sunday's finale was rained out in South Bend, the two teams will make-up the contest with a doubleheader on Friday at Memorial Stadium, starting at 5:00 p.m. A single game was originally scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.
Both games of the doubleheader will be seven innings in length.
Fans with tickets to the game on Friday will be allowed to attend both games of the doubleheader, with gates to Memorial Stadium opening at 4:00 p.m.
Friday's game is featured as "Halfway to Halloween", with decorations from the October 31 date on display. Fans of all ages are invited to dress up in costume and kids are encouraged to come in costume to participate in Trick-or-Treat events throughout the games.
