
Brian Jordan to make rehab appearance

Rome, GA - Atlanta Braves outfielder Brian Jordan will be playing at State Mutual Stadium Thursday and Friday night as part of a Major League Baseball rehab assignment. He was placed on the disabled list on July 4th due to left knee inflammation. In 63 games, Jordan was batting .244 with three home runs and 23 RBI's before being placed on the DL.
This is Rome's fourth Major League rehab this season. Previous players have included Kevin Gryboski, Chipper Jones and John Thomson.
