Cavalry FC Announces Departure of Defender Michael Harms

July 2, 2026 - Calgary, AB - Cavalry FC of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) today announced the departure of defender Michael Harms, after mutually parting ways. Harms signed a Development contract with the club ahead of the 2022 season, before signing a professional contract through 2024, with a two-year option. Cavalry FC Provides Schedule Update

June 30, 2026 - Following the postponement of our match against FC Supra, the match has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 28 at 7 p.m. MT. As a result, our match against Inter Toronto FC, originally scheduled for July 31, will now be played on Saturday, August 1 at 7 p.m. MT. Cavalry FC Announces Contract Extension for Midfielder Sergio Camargo

June 24, 2026 - Calgary, Alta. - Cavalry FC of the Canadian Premier League (CPL) today announced that midfielder and captain Sergio Camargo has signed a new contract with the club through 2028. Prior to joining the club, Camargo played NCAA Division I college soccer for the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers and the Syracuse Orange. He later signed his first professional contract with Toronto FC, where he won the Voyageurs Cup in 2017. Cavalry FC Alum Joel Waterman Selected to Represent Canada in 2026 FIFA World Cup

May 29, 2026 - Calgary, AB - Canada Soccer confirmed on Friday that Cavalry FC alum Joel Waterman will represent Canada at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Waterman was selected by the Cavs as the 14th overall pick in the 2018 CPL-U SPORTS Draft from Trinity Western University. He joined the club in the CPL's inaugural 2019 season, and made 25 appearances for Cavalry across all competitions.
