Game Recap: Zephyr catcher Chris Hatcher drilled a two run home run and drove home four runs as the Zephyrs defeated the Nashville Sounds 10-3 at Historic Greer Stadium in Nashville. Brian Lawrence earned his 11th win of the season pitching 7 innings and allowed one earned run. The Z's drilled four home runs in the game, getting long balls from Hatcher, Brian Barden, John Raynor, and Scott Cousins.

Game Notes: The Z's are 2-5 on the 13 game road trip and have dropped 12 of their last 17 games. Brian Barden and Scott Cousins each extended their hit streaks. Barden to 12 and Cousins to 11. The Zephyrs signed outfielder Chris Aguila as a free agent. He will join the team on Saturday.

Coming up - The Zephyrs and Sounds continue the series on Saturday at Historic Greer Stadium in Nashville at 6:35. The Z's will start RH Scott Strickland (4-3, 4.30) vs. LH Marty McLeary (6-8, 6.82). RADIO: 106.1 FM
