
Yard Goats to Host Whalers Alumni Weekend at Dunkin' Donuts Park

(Hartford, CT) The Hartford Yard Goats Baseball Club, the Double-A Eastern League affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, announced it will be hosting the 5th Annual "Whalers Alumni Weekend" this upcoming weekend (July 15th-July 17th) at Dunkin' Donuts Park. The Yard Goats will be wearing the specially designed hockey style jersey uniforms for the three games, and the ballpark theme will be branded to honor the popular former NHL franchise. Saturday the former Hartford Whalers players will be honored, and fans will have the opportunity to get autographs when the gates open at 4:00 PM.
Friday, July 15th (7:05 PM Game)
Yard Goats will wear specially designed hockey style uniform tops with the Whalers colors
Highlights of some of the greatest moments in Whalers history will be played during Yard Goats game
Brass Bonanza will be played over the public address system
Former Whalers players will be interviewed on the Yard Goats radio/MiLB TV broadcast
Saturday, July 16th (6:05 PM Game)
Yard Goats will wear specially designed hockey style uniform tops with the Whalers colors
Gates will open early at 4pm and former Whalers will be signing autographs on the concourse
Former Whalers players will be on field for ceremonial first pitches
Former Whalers players will be interviewed on the Yard Goats radio/MiLB TV broadcast
Sunday, July 17th (1:05 PM Game)
Yard Goats will wear specially designed hockey style uniform tops with the Whalers colors
Highlights of some of the greatest moments in Whalers history will be played at ballpark
Brass Bonanza will be played over the public address system
