Hartford, Conn- The Hartford Yard Goats Baseball Club, the Double-A Eastern League Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, has announced the 2018 schedule featuring 70 home games at Dunkin' Donuts Park, which was recently named the "Best Double-A ballpark in America" by Ballpark Digest. The Yard Goats will open the 2018 season at home on Thursday, April 5 at 7:05 PM against the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Toronto Blue Jays affiliate) at Dunkin' Donuts Park in Hartford. Full season tickets for the 2018 season are now on sale. Ticket packages, individual tickets and the promotional schedule will be available at a later date. The Yard Goats have home games against the Red Sox, Yankees and Mets affiliates in Hartford.
The Yard Goats will play most weekday home games at 7:05 PM and Saturday home games will start at 6:05 PM. Sunday home games will start at 1:05 PM from April through June 3 with four Sunday games scheduled at 5:05 PM in June, July and August. The entire home schedule is on page two.
Some of the wonderful benefits of season tickets include the best seats at great price, option to manage tickets with the online ticket management, ability to re-sell tickets, invitation to special events such as private autographs sessions and batting practice on the field and first right to non-baseball events at Dunkin' Donuts Park.
The Yard Goats will host the Red Sox affiliate, the Portland Sea Dogs (12 games) with visits in April, May and a five game series starting on July 4th. The Yard Goats will host the Yankees affiliate, the Trenton Thunder (6 games) in August. In addition, the Yard Goats will host the New York Mets affiliate, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (12 games) in May, June and August. The Yard Goats will entertain the Red Sox and Mets affiliates for an entire homestand, May 3-9 and host the Yankees and Mets farm clubs for an entire homestand, August 22-30
