Worcester Sharks News Release
WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced the hire of Matthew R. Renzulli as an account executive as the Sharks continue their 4th season of hockey at the revamped DCU Center in Worcester.
Matthew R. Renzulli was named account executive and came aboard with the Sharks team on Monday. The Westport, CT native and graduate of the University of New Haven, joins the Sharks after beginning the season with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers as a member of their ticket sales team.
The 25-year-old had two stints as a public relations intern with the Office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball where he worked the 2008 World Series in Philadelphia. Previous sales experience includes time with the Bridgeport Blue Fish in the Atlantic Independent League and the New Haven County Cutters in the CANAM League.
"The Sharks are excited to have Matt join our sales team," said Lehr. "We expect nothing but great things from Matt as he has an excellent track record. He will be a much welcomed addition and I think our fans will enjoy getting to know our newest member of our team."
