WOLVES HEADLINERS

--- DARREN HAYDAR: Recorded two helpers on Saturday, his 12th straight game with an assist, which set a franchise record ... Notched a point in each of the team's 23 games this season, the longest streak in the AHL in 13 years and nine games shy of matching former right wing ROB BROWN's club record set in 1996 ... Paces the AHL with 30 assists, ranks second with 44 points and shares fifth with 14 goals

--- JASON KROG: Collected three points (2G, A) on Saturday, his seventh game this season with three or more points and his 11th multi-point outing this year ... Posted a point in all 22 tilts with Chicago this season, which is the second-longest streak in the AHL this year ... Leads the league with 47 points, shares first with 19 goals and ranks second with 28 assists ... Earned the CCM/AHL Milestone of the Month award for November for his seven-point outing on Nov. 4 against Peoria

--- BRETT STERLING: Named the Rbk Hockey/AHL Rookie of the Month for November, after leading the league with 14 goals and adding 10 assists and 24 points in 12 contests that month ... Registered eight points (2G, 6A) in his last three games, which includes accruing two assists in each contest ... Paces AHL rookies and ranks third in the AHL with 18 goals - a franchise record for markers by a rookie - and 34 points

--- JORDAN LaVALLEE: Registered the first two-goal game of his career on Saturday after being held without a marker in his previous nine contests ... Ranks second among team rookies and shares sixth on the squad with 11 points in 22 games ... Holds second among club first-year pros and shares fifth on Chicago with five tallies

--- DEREK MacKENZIE: Tallied four points (G, 3A) in his last two contests and posting four points (G, 3A) in his previous 13 games ... Ranks fourth on the Wolves with nine assists and 14 points in 23 outings ... Shares second in the AHL with two short-handed goals

--- MICHAEL GARNETT: Posted 18 saves on Saturday to earn his ninth win of the season, which shares third among AHL goaltenders ... Snapped a two-game losing streak with Saturday's victory ... Accrued a 9-5-0 record with a 3.28 goals-against average and a .892 save percentage in a team-high 15 appearances

SHOTS ANYONE?

Chicago set a regular-season franchise record by recording 60 shots on goal in Saturday's 5-4 win against San Antonio, eclipsing the previous mark of 58 on Dec. 26, 1998 against the Indianapolis Ice. The Wolves, who rank fourth in the AHL with an average of 33.35 shots per game, have outgunned their opponents in 14 of their 22 tilts this year.

WOLF TRACKS

--- Chicago has accrued 33 points this year, tied for the best record in the Western Conference and third overall in the AHL; the squad's 33 points are the second-most in team history behind the Turner Cup Championship 1997-98 club's 34 through 23 games.

--- Linemates JASON KROG, DARREN HAYDAR and BRETT STERLING have combined for 125 points this season, accounting for 43.9 percent of the Wolves' total points this season (125 of 285); the trio, who hold the top three spots in AHL scoring, have netted 47.2 percent of the team's goals this year (51 of 108).

--- The Wolves have lit the lamp at least five times in 11 of their 23 contests this season; which includes each of the last two games; Chicago paces the AHL with 108 goals (4.70 per outing), 177 player assists and 285 player points.

--- Saturday's game marked just the fourth time in 23 games this year that Chicago has played in a game decided by one goal; the Wolves have accrued a 3-0-1-0 mark in one-marker contests this season.

--- Chicago used franchise-high 60 shots and a pair of third period goals to thrust past the San Antonio Rampage, 5-4, at the Allstate Arena
--- Center JASON KROG netted two goals and an assist while JORDAN LaVALLEE (2G), DARREN HAYDAR (2A), DEREK MacKENZIE (2A) and BRETT STERLING (2A) also contributed multi-point nights
--- Netminder MICHAEL GARNETT posted 18 saves on 22 shots

--- The Wolves reeled off five unanswered goals to overcome a 2-0 first period deficit en route to a 5-2 victory against the Iowa Stars at the Allstate Arena
--- Forwards DEREK MacKENZIE (G, A), STEVE MARTINS (2A) and KYLE WANVIG (G, A) each tallied two points
--- Goaltender FRED BRATHWAITE recorded 21 saves
