The Chicago Wolves have signed goaltender FREDERIC CLOUTIER (KLOO-tyay).
CLOUTIER has appeared in three games with the United Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs this season, notching a 1-2-0 record with a 3.75 goals-against average and a .884 save percentage.
Last year, the 25-year-old goaltender racked up a 5-10-0 mark in 18 games with the American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers and a 5-6-2 record with the ECHL's Pensacola Ice Pilots. Overall, he has accrued a 10-15-4 mark with a 2.78 goals-against average in 30 career AHL appearances with the Houston Aeros (2002-03) and Sound Tigers.
