The Chicago Wolves have signed defenseman NATHAN LUTZ (LOOTZ).
Lutz paces the United Hockey League¹s Rockford IceHogs blueliners with 10 goals, 16 assists and 26 points in 51 games. The 26-year-old defenseman also appeared in one game with the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League this year.
Last season, the Mistatim, Saskatchewan, native registered six penalty minutes in six games with Milwaukee and appeared in one playoff game for the Calder Cup Champion Admirals. Lutz also tallied 12 assists; 18 points; 55 penalty minutes and a career-high six goals in 35 games with Rockford last year. In addition, he was held without a point in nine games with the Portland Pirates (AHL).
