Sudbury Wolves News Release
Calling all Minor Hockey Teams in Greater Sudbury!! Have you ever wanted to practice with the Sudbury Wolves??
The Sudbury Wolves have teamed up with Coach4Food and The Banque D'aliments Sudbury Food Bank (BDSFB) to support the Greater Sudbury Community and help end hunger.
The Sudbury Wolves are looking for Greater Sudbury Minor Hockey Teams to participate in the program and get involved in the community. The Coach4Food program is designed to unite the hockey community with food banks and allows us to use our passion for sport to help end hunger.
Teams will have until February 28th, 2016 to collect as much food as they can for the BDSFB. Our goal is to help end hunger, and to build community awareness. Along with teaching our young players about the values of giving, sharing, and caring, the program empowers them with the knowledge that their hard work and dedication can have a real impact in their community. Through everyone's contribution, no matter how large or small, we will come together to help feed the hungry in our community.
For the participating teams, there are great prizes to be won, including the grand prize of a practice with Sudbury Wolves players and coaches.
To register your team, contact the Wolves Office at (705)-675-3941 or email office@sudburywolves.com. This program is open to all minor hockey teams in the City of Sudbury.
Join the fight and help conquer hunger in Sudbury!
