Why should you come to a game in October?
Winterhawks games are fast, fun and exciting! Plus, they're safe and a healthy environment as well.
How are they safe and healthy?
All fans are required to either show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of the game. Additionally, all fans will be required to wear a mask when on the campus of Veterans Memorial Coliseum and the Moda Center.
What other measures are the Winterhawks and Rose Quarter taking to make it a safe environment?
All transactions will be cashless to limit hand-to-hand contact. There is also a no bag policy. Lastly, Rose Quarter is becoming a completely smoke free campus. To learn more about this season's health and safety protocols, click here.
But will the Winterhawks win?
While we cannot guarantee wins on the ice, we are proud to say that we've recently been named the top place to play in the Western Hockey League by Sports Illustrated / The Hockey News. Winning is a large part of that and over the last 12 years we've won an average of over six out of every ten games.
