Jets place Mathieu Perreault on IR
The Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, in conjunction with its AHL affiliate, the Manitoba Moose, announced today they have recalled forward Quinton Howden from the Moose and placed forward Mathieu Perreault on injured reserve, retroactive to Nov. 4, 2016.
Howden, 24, has nine points (7G, 2A) in 11 games with Manitoba this season. He leads the Moose with seven goals, which is tied for third in the AHL, and a plus-6 rating. Signed on July 1, 2016 as a free agent, Howden had 11 points (6G, 5A) in 58 games with the Florida Panthers last season. He was selected by the Panthers in the first round, 25th overall in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
