MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Tampa Bay Rays promoted RHRP Kyle Winkler from the Biscuits to AAA Durham. There is no corresponding move.
With the Biscuits, Winkler was 1-0 with a 1.17 ERA in six appearances.
The Biscuits active roster is one under the league max of 25.
