Whitehead Named Pats Academic Player of the Month

Regina, Sask. - Regina Pats second-year forward Braxton Whitehead has been named the recipient of the Academic Player of the Month for November.

The 17-year-old native of Palmer, Alaska successfully completed English 11 in November with a very respectable final grade of 90%.

Currently, Braxton is completing two online courses through Texas Tech University: English 12 and Economics 12, maintaining a very impressive 99.3% GPA.

Braxton's respectful and positive attitude make him a pleasure to work with in class each day.

His ability to balance his academic and hockey commitments is a direct result of his work ethic and determination.

Congratulations Braxton and continue the excellent work!
