* A one-of-a-kind, 7-foot tall Griffins Christmas Tree will be auctioned to the public, with all proceeds benefiting Mel Trotter Ministries. * One lucky season ticket holder will win two tickets to the Detroit Red Wings' game against the New York Rangers on Dec. 21 at Joe Louis Arena.
* Kids can decorate their ornament at a table located under the main staircase in the lobby. * Holiday music will be played over the P.A. system, and Christmas-themed movies will be shown on the arena video board.
* Fans can tour the Griffins' Locker Room and try on hockey equipment, and those who bring their skates can participate in an open skate. * Griff (team mascot) will greet fans and the Griffins' blimp will fly throughout the evening.
