Admirals Team Up with The Virginian-Pilot, 106.9 the Fox to Raise Money for the Joy Fund

Norfolk Admirals News Release
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. â The Norfolk Admirals are pleased to announce that the organization, in conjunction with The Virginian-Pilot and 106.9 The Fox, is donating $1.00 to The Joy Fund from each walk up ticket purchased on Wednesday, December 11, when the Admirals face the Hershey Bears. Game time is 7:15 p.m. at Norfolk Scope.
"We're very proud to be a part of this effort," stated Todd McKeating, Norfolk's Director of Operations. "The Admirals are involved in the Hampton Roads community throughout the year, but the holidays are a time when giving what we can may mean the most. We encourage all of our fans, even the most casual ones, to help us with this fundraising effort."
