
WGIR-FM To Broadcast Wednesday's Monarchs Game

Manchester Monarchs News Release
Radio play-by-play action of the Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, will be available on WGIR-FM (Rock 101.1) in the Manchester area tonight (Wednesday, October 20) at 9:05 p.m. EST, the team announced on Wednesday. The broadcast will start with pre-game coverage at 8:35 p.m.
Following Wednesday's (tonight) action, the Monarchs will return to their normal broadcast home in the Manchester area, WGIR-AM 610, the flagship home of the Monarchs Radio Network (WGIR-AM 610, Manchester; WGIN-AM 930, Rochester; WGIP-AM 1540, Exeter; WTSL-AM 1400, Lebanon). WGIN-AM, WGIP-AM and WTSL-AM will all carry the Monarchs radio broadcast as originally scheduled Wednesday (tonight). All Monarchs radio broadcasts are also available on the World Wide Web at www.monarchshockey.com.
The Monarchs (2-0-0-0) hit the road for the first time this season when they travel to the "E" Center in West Valley City, Utah to meet the Utah Grizzlies tonight (Wednesday, October 20 at 9:05 p.m. EST). The Monarchs are also slated to meet the Grizzlies at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, October 23 (10:35 p.m. EST) before returning home to meet the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at the Verizon Wireless Arena on Friday, October 29 at 7:35 p.m.
