WGIR-FM To Broadcast Saturdays Monarchs Game

Manchester Monarchs News Release
Radio play-by-play action of the Manchester Monarchs, the primary affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, will be available on WGIR-FM (Rock 101.1) in the Manchester area on Saturday, October 23 at 10:30 p.m. EST, the team announced on Friday. The broadcast will start with pre-game coverage at 10:00 p.m.
Following Saturday's action, the Monarchs will return to their normal broadcast home in the Manchester area, WGIR-AM 610, the flagship home of the Monarchs Radio Network (WGIR-AM 610, Manchester; WGIN-AM 930, Rochester; WGIP-AM 1540, Exeter; WTSL-AM 1400, Lebanon). WGIN-AM, WGIP-AM and WTSL-AM will all carry the Monarchs radio broadcast as originally scheduled on Saturday. All Monarchs radio broadcasts are also available on the World Wide Web at www.monarchshockey.com.
The Monarchs (3-0-0-0) are slated to meet the Utah Grizzlies at STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, California on Saturday, October 23 (10:30 p.m. EST) before returning home to meet the Bridgeport Sound Tigers at the Verizon Wireless Arena on Friday, October 29 at 7:35 p.m.
