Sarnia Sting News Release
Despite being plagued by injuries and having two key contributors absent for the World Junior Hockey Championships, the Sting recorded their 18th win of the season on Sunday afternoon at the RBC Centre. With the victory over Plymouth, the Sting have surpassed last year's win-total (17).
This weekend, the Sting face-off against divisional rival, London Knights 2 times in the annual New Year's home-and-home rivalry series. With the Knight's missing some key players due to the World Juniors, the Sting will be looking to capitalize and get the better of their counterpart.
