Kingston Frontenacs at Peterborough Petes

The CHL's Fifth-ranked Kingston Frontenacs (21-9-3-0) touched ice with the Petes (12-21-3-0) on Thursday, January 27 at the Peterborough Memorial Centre skating away with a 6-3 victory and a fourth consecutive win. Zayde Wisdom scored his first two goals of the season, Shane Wright had three points (1G,2A) and Martin Chromiak had two (1G,1A) as the top line registered seven points with the Fronts opening up a three-point lead in the East Division.
Workhorse Leevi Meriläinen was in goal for Luca Caputi's team making 25 saves and earning his 17th victory of the season. Tye Austin was solid in the Petes net stopping 40 shots as Kingston fired 45-plus pucks on net for a third straight game.
Kingston Frontenacs vs. Oshawa Generals

The Kingston Frontenacs (22-9-3-0) won their fifth straight game with a hard-fought 4-3 win over the Oshawa Generals (17-15-1-2) at the Leon's Centre on Friday, January 28, maintaining their East Division lead. The win set a new franchise record for the best halfway season point-mark of 47 in their quest for a championship this season.
Shane Wright (4A), Martin Chromiak (2G) and Zayde Wisdom (2A) led the way as the line tallied eight points following up the seven, they tallied in Peterborough during Thursday's win.
Leevi Meriläinen faced 25 shots in the Kingston crease for his 18th victory to move into second overall in OHL goalie wins. Patrick Leaver who faced 50 shots in the last game versus Kingston was solid again making 27 saves for the Generals.
Kingston Frontenacs at Hamilton Bulldogs

The Kingston Frontenacs (22-10-3-0) had their five-game win streak snapped with a 5-2 loss to the Hamilton Bulldogs (21-10-2-2)on Sunday, January 30. The Fronts maintain their East Division lead, though Hamilton is back within a point in the standings. Jordan Frasca and Francesco Arcuri scored for Kingston. Ryan Winterton and Jan Mysak each had three points (2G,1A) to pace the Hamilton attack.
Kingston went zero-for-four on the powerplay with Hamilton scoring once in two opportunities. A two-goal strike in 16 seconds in the second was a turning point in the game.
Leevi Meriläinen faced 21 shots while Marco Costantini made 27 saves for the win.
