Important Ticketing Reminder for Games with 500 Person Capacity

As a follow up to our email sent of Friday, January 21st, we wish to remind you of the process that will be followed for games where only 500 fans are permitted:

ALL season tickets (season ticket members, directors, honorary directors, past presidents and sponsors) will be treated equally and fairly thus no season tickets are available.

Season ticket members will now be provided with a credit for the games between January 28th through to February 15th, 2022.

Credit will be held in the season ticket account and can be applied towards playoff tickets or a deposit towards 2022-2023 season tickets. ‚ Further details will be provided at a later date.

For all single-game tickets that were purchased prior to January 28th (not including the Season Ticket Member presale), a refund will be automatically applied to the original credit card and purchaser in which the payment was made. Expect to receive your refund within the next 30 days. Refunds are directed to the original purchaser only. The refunded tickets are not valid and tickets must be repurchased if fans wish to attend.

Food and beverage are permitted for all remaining home games but must be consumed in your designated seat.

Should season ticket members and individual ticket purchasers wish to attend, you will need to purchase general admission tickets for the following games:

Tuesday, February 1st vs Owen Sound Attack

Friday, February 4th vs Flint Firebirds

Friday, February 11th vs London Knights

Tuesday, February 15th vs Sarnia Sting
