May 11, 2015 - Southern League (SL1)
Birmingham Barons News Release

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -Wednesday's 11 a.m. game between the Barons and Chattanooga Lookouts at Regions Field is sold out. It is the third sell-out of the 2015 season, and the first sell-out on a Wednesday since Regions Field's Inaugural Opening Night in 2013.

Wednesday is a Barons School Day, as local classes from all around the Birmingham area will fill the bleachers for the mid-day game, and it is also a AAA Wednesday. Those who purchased a ticket and presented their AAA membership card received $2 off their purchase.

Tickets still remain for the other five games of the series, including Monday's 7:05 p.m. game and Tuesday's 5:30 p.m. doubleheader. The purchase of one ticket to one of Tuesday's game grants admission to both games with no additional charge.

Thursday night is a Thirsty Thursday, with $2 drink specials offered on select beer, soda and wine. Thursday also features Jon Vogel as the evening's Thursday Night Concert Series entertainer.

The home stand wraps up Friday at 7:05 p.m. with the Barons famous post-game fireworks show. The first 1,000 fans (13-years-old and up) through the gates will receive a free t-shirt courtesy of Serra Kia, and it is also Peace Officer Night. The Barons will honor first responders and other entities that help keep the citizens of Alabama safe.
