
Weather gives Legends cold shoulder

Lexington Legends News Release
LEXINGTON, KY. - The Lexington Legends announced that Saturday's game with Lakewood has been postponed because of the wind chill, moisture and field conditions. The game has been re-scheduled as part of a doubleheader on Sunday afternoon.
Game one would start at 1:05 p.m. with the second game to begin 25 minutes after the conclusion of game one. Both match-ups would be seven inning games.
The starting pitchers remain the same. Game one will feature Ronnie Martinez vs. Andrew Baldwin. The second game will feature Evan Englebrook against Carlos Carrasco.
Fans attending the game will be offered gloves to help stay warm if the weather remains cold.
