
Saturday's Captains game postponed

Lake County Captains News Release
(Eastlake, OH)âSaturday afternoon's scheduled game between the Lake County Captains and the West Virginia Power has been postponed due to inclement weather. The two teams will attempt to make up the game as part of a doubleheader on Monday evening, April 25th, beginning at 6:05 P.M. Gates will open on Monday at 5:00 P.M., and the doubleheader will be two seven-inning games.
Tickets for Saturday's postponed contest are good for any 2005 regular season home game, based on availability.
The Lake Hospital System Baseball Cap giveaway promotion that was scheduled for Saturday will be rescheduled to a later date.
The Captains and Power are scheduled to play on Sunday at 2:05 P.M. Lake Hospital System will sponsor a Captains fielder's glove giveaway to the first 2,000 fans age 14 and under. The glove giveaway will begin at 1:00 PM when the gates open.
The current homestand will continue through next Friday, April 29th. After wrapping up the West Virginia Series with Monday's doubleheader, the Captains will welcome in the first-place Hagerstown Suns for a four game series beginning on Tuesday. The Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday games will begin at 6:35 P.M. Next Friday's game will be a 7:05 P.M. start.
