Frederick Keys News Release

There is no doubt they have a flair for the dramatic. This time the Frederick Keys walked off winners in grand fashion as 3B Ryan Finan hit his second home run of the night to defeat Salem 6-5 in 10 innings on Friday Night in front of 5,705 fans at Harry Grove Stadium.

Keys C Zach Dillon continued his hot hitting ways as well. Dillon extended his career long hit streak to nine games with a third consecutive multi-hit night. The catcher went 3-for-5 with two runs scored.

The win ended a six-game losing streak for Frederick against Salem. The series continues Saturday, July 7th at 6:30 p.m. at Harry Grove Stadium. The first 1,000 fans 16 and under will receive a free updated Keys Baseball Card Set presented by Comstar Federal Credit Union.
