JACKSON, TN - For the first time in five series, the Biloxi Shuckers won't have to wait for a rubber match to decide a series as the fightin' oysters took down the Jackson Generals, 3-0, on Friday night at the Ballpark at Jackson. Tyrone Taylor (1x3, RBI) plated the runner on a squeeze bunt to the left side of the infield to give Biloxi a 1-0 lead.

Orlando Arcia (1x4, HR, 2 RBI, R) added insurance for the Shuckers in the ninth with a two-run shot to left-centerfield, bringing home Brett Phillips (1x3, R, BB) for the 3-0 advantage. It was Arcia's first homerun since July 15.
