Vegas and Duke City Prepare for Week 15 Matchup

The Knight Hawks look to snap their losing streak with their second matchup of the season against the Duke City Gladiators. The Vegas Knight Hawks (4-8) will take on the Duke City Gladiators (4-8) on the road on Saturday, June 24. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. CT.

NOTES

The Vegas Knight Hawks are coming off a 56-41 loss against the Bay Area Panthers. This will be their second meeting against the Gladiators this season and fourth overall in franchise history. The Knight Hawks last played Duke City on April 21, a 50-26 loss on the road.

Quarterback Daquan Neal finished last week's game with 178 passing yards and four passing touchdowns, as well two rushing touchdowns. Wide receiver Caleb Holley led the offense in receptions, with 103 receiving yards and three receiving touchdowns. Davonte Sapp-Lynch also tallied a receiving touchdown.

The Knight Hawks have the tenth ranked offense in the league. They have 73 touchdowns so far this season, and average 42.1 points per game. The Knight Hawks' defense is ranked sixth in the league. They have held their opponents to 45.7 points a game.

OPPOSITION UPDATE

The Gladiators are coming off of a 57-34 loss against the Arizona Rattlers, bringing their record this season to 4-8. Charl McCullum threw for 61 yards and one touchdown, but was replaced later in the game by Demry Croft. Croft threw for 54 yards and one touchdown, as well as rushing for 14 yards and two touchdowns.

The Duke City offense is ranked 11th in the league, with 69 touchdowns and an average 41.6 points a game. Their defense is ranked 13th in the league, allowing 85 touchdowns this season and averaging 50.8 points against per game.
