Tyson Marsh Assigned By St. John's of the AHL

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots announced that defenseman Tyson Marsh has been assigned to the Ice Pilots from the St. John's Maple Leafs of the American Hockey League.

Marsh, who stands 6'1" and weighs 190 pounds, has played in 14 games with St. John's this season picking up 21 penalty minutes. He played in 67 games last season with Vancouver of the WHL scoring 3 goals, 18 assists for 21 points and picked up 102 penalty minutes.

Marsh played his junior hockey with Vancouver of the WHL from 2001-2004 playing in a total of 204 games scoring 8 goals, 47 assists for 55 points and picked up 330 penalty minutes. He is 20 years old from Quesnel, British Columbia.

The Ice Pilots will play home games this Friday and Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. The Ice Pilots will host Mississippi t! omorrow night as the first 2,500 fans will receive flashlights sponsored by Gulf Power and it is also Church Night.

The Ice Pilots will play home to Gwinnett on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. It is D.A.R.E. Night and Big Buddies Night. Also, Nemour's Children Clinic will sponsor a baby crawl during the intermission.
