Tulsa Oilers to Host Job Fair on Tuesday Night

TULSA, OK - The Tulsa Oilers are lending a helping hand to area job seekers by hosting a free Career Fair on Tuesday, January 21 at the BOK Center prior to their game against the Wichita Thunder.

From 4 p.m. - 6 p.m., representatives from some of the top companies in Tulsa will be on hand to meet and interview potential employees. For recent college graduates hoping to break into the workforce or long-time professionals looking to take the next step in their careers, the Oilers Career Fair is the perfect opportunity to present a resumé and create new job leads.

The Oilers Career Fair is absolutely free and all job seekers planning to attend this event should enter the BOK Center through the Grand Lobby doors near the corner of 3rd Street and Denver Avenue.

The Oilers face off against the Thunder at 7:35 p.m. in the seventh meeting of the season between the long-time rivals. This season, Tulsa and Wichita are competing for the StoneWolf Casino Cup and the Oilers hold a 4-2 advantage in the 2013-14 series.

Beer and soda is just $2 on Tuesday night and college students can take advantage of Papa John's College Night by paying only $12 for a ticket to the game and a coupon for a large, one-topping pizza.
