TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa snapped a three-game losing streak, topping the visiting Sioux Falls Skyforce (15-10) 98-90 Friday night at Expo Square Pavilion. The 66ers have not won a home game since December 19, 2006 against Bakersfield.
